Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Rest assured, what you see is what you get which is why you won’t need to return anything. However, in case you receive the wrong order or a faulty item, we’ll make sure you’re compensated through an exchange or store credit. Please make sure that you inform us of the return/exchange request within 14 days of receiving the order. Also, note that only items that are in the same condition and with original tags will be returned, no questions asked.
