at a fair price. To facilitate the sale of your bag you are required to: -
(i) Submit your bag details;
(ii) Provide true, up to date and accurate account information about yourself and any
Product you submit to us;
(iii) Comply with all of these terms and conditions;
(iv) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including all import and export laws;
and
(v) Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements and to convey title and interest in any
Product that you submit to us.
In order to receive payments for any Products we purchase from you, you must provide us with
information including a valid email address at which you are able to receive email, a valid postal
address at which you are able to receive mail, and your first and last name. Goldandbags shall not
be responsible for communication errors should your contact information be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for ensuring that you can receive emails from Goldandbags, and
Goldandbags is not responsible for any emails that were not received by you because they were
blocked or filtered as spam.
We reserve the right to determine the condition of the bags being sold to us and the purchase price.
You warrant that you have all right, title, and interest in any and all bags you seek to sell to
Goldandbags

agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and
password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we
determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise
